Policies

1. Booking

• Book in advance to secure your preferred date & time.

• A 50% deposit confirms your booking. Balance is due before or on the day of the shoot.

2. Arrivals

• Please arrive on time — late arrivals may shorten your session.

• Extra time beyond your booking will be billed per hour.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You can reschedule once for free if you tell us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Deposits are non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.

4. Studio Rules

• Handle all equipment with care — damages will be charged.

• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances inside the studio.

• Keep noise to a respectful level for other users of the space.

5. Content Rights

• Your photos/videos are yours once payment is complete.

• We may showcase selected work on our portfolio or social media for promotional purposes .

6. Respect the Space

• Leave the studio tidy for the next user.

• Bring only the people involved in your project unless agreed beforehand.

Cancellation Policy

Refundable

Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded.
